From Personal Training to Whole-Person Care – How One Entrepreneur Transformed the Wellness Landscape of his business.

In 2000, Gavin transitioned from contract work, trades and commission based sales into personal training as wall and founding a small investment firm, beginning a journey that would lead to a broader, more integrated vision of wellness. By 2007, he had opened his first private training gym—staffed, structured, and professionally managed. Two years later, he expanded with a second gym and added a multidisciplinary clinic that offered chiropractic, physiotherapy, infrared saunas, and more. Gavin wasn’t just opening training gyms—he was building holistic environments where practitioners could collaborate, and clients could thrive.
